Monster shows are springing up all over the city, each claiming to have the “original” dracula, Frankenstein’s monster, and Wolf-Man. One show promoter attempts to prove that he has the “real” Dracula — without thinking about the consequences. Soon the streets of lower New York are filled with vampires, werewolves, and fabricated monsters — and the villagers (Greenwich, that is!) are up in arms. Meanwhile, Jeff and Alanna must deal with situations in their personal lives: Jeff continues to carry a torch for the very pregnant Kim Curtis (from issue 2) , while Alanna has her hands full with young attorney Tobias Bascoe, who has a crush on her.
