Hard to believe that Comic-Con International: San Diego 2016 has come and gone!
Exhibit A Press had it’s usual berth at booth #1909 and this year featured the debut of the new Supernatural Law collection, A Vampire in Hollywood. It’s always nice to see Wolff & Byrd readers come by to pick up the new book or to stop by to say hello, but this year I was particularly pleased to see “newbies” come by to check out Supernatural Law, thanks to reading about me and the series in Rob Salkowitz’s book, Comic-Con and the Business of Pop Culture. Rob’s book charts the rise of Comic-Con and how the extravaganza influences the entertainment scene. Many thanks to Rob for including me and W&B!
The legendary Lloyd Kaufman did a signing at my booth to commemorate his appearance in The Toxic Avenger crossover with Wolff & Byrd, collected in the new Supernatural Law trade, “A Vampire in Hollywood.”
