Batton and Jackie had a fantastic time at San Diego’s friendly, intimate con, the San Diego Comic Fest on President’s Day weekend at the Town & Country Hotel in Mission Valley. It was great to see Stan Sakai, Bryan and Mary Talbot, Trina Robbins & Steve Leialoha, Anina Bennett & Paul Guinan, Don Glut, Bill Stout, Mike Royer, James Hudnall, Nicky Wheeler-Nicholson, Gerard Jones, Greg & Astrid Bear, Scott Shaw!, Dennis Smith, Steve Rude, Steve Ringenberg, Jason and Sonny Brock, William F. Nolan, Kathy and Dave Davis, Will Lund, Roger Freedman, Clayton Moore, Mary Fleener, Ron Turner, Rob Salkowitz & Eunice Verstegen, Barbara Marker & Paul Tallerday, Mel Uran, David & Diane Clark, and so many other old friends! Kudos to Mike Towry and his volunteer staff!
